Custom Bamboo Bedding Manufacturer for OEM & ODM Brands
Bedding runs on a different production line from garments: multi-layer muslin quilts, bamboo fleece blankets, stretchy swaddle blankets, crib sheets and changing pad covers. We build to the layer count, weight and hand-feel you specify, and cut crib sheets and pad covers to your mattress and pad dimensions rather than to a standard size. The home textile line is OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified.
MOQ 300 pieces per style and colour — 500 pieces on selected prints and changing pad covers. Sampling 7–15 days, bulk 45–60 days after sign-off.
12,000 m² facility in Shandong, 120 staff, OEM/ODM since 2018, digital reactive printing in-house.
100% inspected before packing. DDP by sea or air from Qingdao.
