Cami, shortie, and two ruffles

The cami hangs on thin spaghetti straps and carries a gathered scoop neck. The gathering runs across the front only. The panel falls into soft folds instead of pulling flat across the chest. The body is loose to the hip before the ruffle takes over.

The shorts end mid-thigh, on an elasticated waist that disappears under the cami. The ruffle runs along the leg opening. That is the detail a buyer checks first on a shortie. A ruffle that flips outward ruins the line.

The ruffle is narrow and closely pleated, set below a narrow band. That band keeps it lying flat rather than standing away from the leg. It is the difference between this and a cheaper frill.

Four bamboo knits

Tanboocel® bamboo viscose is the base. On a summer set the fiber does the work. It breathes, it moves, and it stays cool in heat.

The 95% bamboo + 5% spandex ribbed entry comes first. The same blend in a plain jersey follows. Then 97% bamboo + 3% spandex. Last is a cotton blend at 70% bamboo + 25% cotton + 5% spandex.

The four are all knits, and each holds to Anti-Pilling Grade 3.5+, Shrinkage ≤ 4%, Fastness Grade 4.

Before it ships

Three things get checked here. A ruffle sits at the top of the list. Flatness is checked first. A frill that lifts away from the hem reads as a fault in a photograph. Most of this product is sold from a photograph.

Then the straps, measured against the pattern rather than against each other. A cami that hangs unevenly is the second fault a buyer spots. Every piece is inspected before packing. It is a 100% check, not a sample.

Your pattern and print file stay yours under an NDA. R&D will open a new knit with you. A fault that came from us is ours to pay for.

Sits with the summer range

The same block cuts as a long sleeve set for the shoulder seasons. The cami shares its size grading with the rest of the women's range. Ordered together, one dye lot covers the group.
