Three things decide whether a legged sleep sack works

• The legs make this a different product, and the crotch is where it is won or lost. A closed bag keeps a baby warm in a crib. A legged sack has to let a toddler stand, walk and squat without the fabric pulling tight or riding up — so the rise and the leg opening are cut with that movement built in, and they are checked on a standing child rather than laid flat on a table. A sack that only fits lying down is one a toddler wakes up fighting.
• The zipper runs the full length for a reason. Neck to crotch, two-way, with a pull at each end: a diaper change happens from the bottom without undoing the whole sack, and a sleeping child can be lifted out without being dressed again. There is a garage at the top so the pull never rests against a chin, and a backing behind the teeth so neither the pull nor the zip touches skin.
• The ankle cuffs are a safety detail once the child is walking. Too tight and they mark the leg; too loose and they slide down — and a toddler walking in loose cuffs is a fall waiting to happen. On bamboo spandex the cuff has to hold through washing without being tight, which makes it a rib and recovery specification rather than a measurement.

Tanboocel® bamboo viscose is smooth at the fiber, breathable and durable through the washing a toddler sack actually gets. On file: Anti-Pilling Grade 3.5+, Shrinkage ≤ 4%, Fastness Grade 4. The closing 100% quality check is done before packing, and on the legged styles it is done with the garment on a form, standing, because that is the position it has to perform in.

The copyright on your designs stays with you, nothing of yours is shown to another buyer, and we will sign an NDA before the artwork is sent.
