Three things decide whether a winter matching set works

• Long leg is a fabric decision, not just a longer pattern. A light jersey drapes and is fine on a short; run it into a full-length leg and it hangs, bags at the knee and has lost its line by the second month of wear. The winter version wants the heavier jersey or the ribbed — which is a weight choice the buyer has to make, because the same print on the wrong weight turns a premium set into a cheap one. Tell us the market and we will match the weight to the season it sells in.
• The baby piece is a zip sleepsuit, so one set spans two closures. Adults and older kids take a button placket; the baby takes a two-way zip sleepsuit with fold-over cuffs. The zip is the piece that gets worked at three in the morning, one-handed, so it takes a YKK zip with a chin guard and a backing behind the teeth — a button front is the wrong answer on a newborn and a zip is the wrong answer on a 4XL. Both live in one set.
• A set for four is a different order to a set for three, and the sizes do not move in step. With a baby in the set the ladder runs from a NB sleepsuit to a 4XL adult, and a 2-year-old and a 4XL share nothing dimensionally — so the run is built member by member, each on its own block rather than taken off one pattern. What does not change is the print: the same heart motif at the same scale runs on every member, from the newborn sleepsuit to the men's 4XL. That is what makes the family genuinely match, and it leaves one artwork and one screen in the order rather than several. The whole spread still has to come off a single dye lot, or the baby's piece and the largest adult's piece come out a shade apart and the set stops reading as a set.

Compliance

Compliance is a document set, not a claim. Three things travel with a shipment, and you can read all three before you order: the OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, Product Class I certificate, the baby class, with its number; the flammability test reports for the children's sizes, which sit under US CPSC 16 CFR 1615/1616 "Snug-fit" — a fit standard rather than a chemical one, so nothing is put into the fabric to pass it; and the CPSIA Children's Product Certificate. Weight first, then the figures

Tanboocel® bamboo viscose is smooth at the fiber, breathable and durable, and on a long-leg set the weight matters more than on a short: a full-length leg in a light jersey takes abrasion a short never sees and loses its line over a season. The heavier jersey and the ribbed are what hold it. Against that: Anti-Pilling Grade 3.5+, Shrinkage ≤ 4%, Fastness Grade 4. Vertical integration from fiber to finished set, and digital active dyeing in-house, are what let a repeat order match the first one rather than approximate it — and on a matching set that is the whole point, because order two has to agree with the photographs order one was sold on.

Quality control, as it actually runs

Four quality checks across the run, and the last one is done flat. Inspections happen at four points during production rather than once at the end, and at each stage photographs plus production notes come to you, so the order is watched while it is being made instead of reported on afterwards. The closing 100% quality check happens before packing, and the baby's YKK zip is cycled as part of it. Then the sizes are laid out together — the failure that matters on a matching set is a shade difference, and a shade difference is invisible garment by garment and obvious the moment they are flat side by side.

What goes with the order: your own print or your own dye lot across fabric, packaging and brand tag, and collar neck tags if you want them. Your designs are not shown to another buyer, the copyright stays with you, and we will sign an NDA before the artwork is sent. Freight by sea or air, quoted to your port or to your door.

Three cuts, one print system

This page is the long sleeve with the long leg and the heart print — the February cut, with the baby in a zip sleepsuit and a belted option for women. Two siblings run on the same print system and the same size ladder, so a buyer taking a full year orders one pull-down rather than three.

The short sleeve version with shorts and a ruffled hem is the warm-half-of-the-year cut, sold as its own seasonal style. And for December, the same silhouette runs in a red Christmas tree print as a third — the holiday page, with the baby in a zip sleepsuit with enclosed feet.
